At Rafiki Coffee, we take great care in roasting and packing our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Coffee & Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we’re unable to accept returns on opened products. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Non-Perishable Items
Unopened, unused non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Please email us at with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days.
